With the convention coming up soon, I realized that I knew very little about most of the people I'm about to meet.
Since we're all fans of American Football, I'm guessing that most of us have a favourite NFL team. Since there didn't seem to be another thread on the matter, I thought it would be nice if we shared a little.
I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan, which I guess tells you that I like blitzing and exciting plays, even though I alternate between a victory dance and curled up on the floor in a foetal position roughly thirty times a game.
So if there are any Giants or Cowboys fans out there, let me know so my evil glaring can be reserved for you.

I'm a Giants fan, but unfortunately I won't be at the conference this year to gloat about their magnificent Superbowl win.
NCAA-wise, I'm a Dawg.

Been a supporter of the Green Bay Packers since 1982 - and a single shareholder since 1992 - not a glory supporter.
As for the NCAA - staying instate it has to be the Badgers .. the boys who go annually to Ann Arbor may not like that ...

Glad to see some NCAA being thrown about, I forgot to include my own allegiance!
I'm an Oregon Ducks fan. I began supporting them before I knew anything about the NCAAF, it was a nice surprise to learn that they're really good.

Wait til you meet Chris Jarvis - you won't guess which his team is!
I'm coming round to the idea that Peyton might be a good fit for the 49ers, and nobody turns out more number 1 picks than the U.....
I'm dreading Bridgland to see this thread now.

Boo, Oregon State fan here (my dad used to run a factory in Corvallis and bought me back loads of Beavers gear). As for the NFL, I'm a bit of a floating voter. Used to be a Seahawks fan but getting more into the Ravens now. I definitely prefer NCAA football over the NFL though, nothing beats the passion of it! The NFL feels a bit stale and corporate in comparison.

Patriots fan, although my Dad has soft spots for the Jags and Bears as well. NCAA - no real allegiance, got a USC t-shirt but that's about it. If I had to select a team at gunpoint I'd go for the one I supported most in the bowl season and say Wisconsin. We supported them in the Rose Bowl, my Dad and I, because one of my dad's friends went to the Wisconsin business school.

What is this, a Beavers fan and a Wisconsin supporter? I'm glad we'll have the Rose Bowl official on hand to testify that the Ducks are superior to all

Since we're all fans of American Football, I'm guessing that most of us have a favourite NFL team. Of course I do, but it's the third team. I especially enjoy watching John Parry, Terry McAulay, Walt Anderson and Mike Carey. I also enjoy LISTENING to Ed Hochuli's announcements!
