Is anybody (who's coming to the convention) placing an order with Honigs between now and the convention?
There's a few things I could do with buying, but they are not desperately urgent. But if someone else is going to place an order - I'm happy to share shipping costs?

We should invite the guys from Honigs Europe to come over - and bring lots of goodies with them I will be placing an order, but not sure if it will be before the convention yet - will let you know.

The Kent/S London boys should have some new striped windstopper shirts to show you all at the Convention, provided that Ashley A does not have any issues in Minneapolis between now and then.

Ben - I will need to place an order soon-ish ( i will need one of those non-black type hats for youth season etc). I probably need a few other cheaper bits and pieces, but nothing urgent.

Rather than start a new thread with basically the same title ...
Is anybody in the London and surrounding areas wishing to get anything before the BUAFL season starts. I need to equip myself with some black pants.

Some goes for anyone North-West based. I need to equip myself with some replacement stuff (socks, down markers, scorecards) and other minutiae. If anyone needs some stuff give me a shout.

Two things to consider when ordering more kit....
Don't forget that the required socks for wearing with black pants are BLACK socks. That was a recent BAFRA Board decision. Many folks get golf socks from a local sports store - comfy and warm!
Dont forget that Black pants will be the default from Easter 2013. You are best positioned to know how likely it is that crews in your area will be wearing white pants after Easter. That may influence the purchase of striped socks. You may decide that your current striped socks will last...

Out of interest, would people who have them recommend the lightweight pants for warmer afternoons or are the all weather ones generally suitable/comfortable for most conditions (I likely wont be officiating summer ball on a regular basis for a few more years, but might do the odd game in the height of summer)? I'm wondering whether I should just get both now to spread the €15 delivery

I've got both the lightweight and heavy pants and the difference, to me at least, didn't seem to be that noticeable - I think it was just a bit more air flow that I felt going through. Not sure if that helps or not

I found the all-weather ones to be comfortable, even in the hottest weather.
