First one I can hardly see much contact, but that might just be the video. The player was fully aware that an official was there and if he did contact him, then I'd support that officials call (if not his flag throwing mechanics!).
The second one I totally agree with MP. At the point the back judge gets involved, he actually has no need to. The players had naturally separated and to grab him at that point was unnecessary. Moreover, it was from behind so the player had absolutely no idea who was grabbing him. And all he did was try and shake that person off. He didnt swing a fist or anything. Very very harsh.

The problem with all these clips is that we don't know what, if anything, was said, when and by whom, and therefore the information we have on the incident is incomplete.

In the first clip, the official seems to react to something said rather than the initial "contact"

But to be honest that doesnt change my interpretation of the second one. The official created problems for himself by the angle at which he made contact with the player (being from behind) and also the timing, as it was clearly not needed IMO. None of that disappears regardless of whether he was using a "stripey voice", which to my mind is only really applicable in voice terms to R and U, as they are the voices the players are most likely to get used to during the game as being definitely that of an official.
